Lil Pups Program

Lil Pups

Our Lil Pups program introduces young children to Taekwondo in a fun and safe way. Classes help kids improve balance, coordination, and focus through simple movements. Children gain confidence as they learn basic skills while enjoying every class.
Jr Dawgs Program

Jr Dawgs (Low Belts)

The Jr Dawgs program helps kids build discipline, focus, and strong habits from the start. Students learn basic forms, kicks, and early sparring skills through clear instruction. Training stays positive and structured, which helps confidence and steady improvement grow.
RedDawgs Taekwondo High Belts Program

Dawgs (High Belts)

The Dawgs program supports students who have moved beyond the beginner level. Training focuses on advanced forms, strong kicking skills, and controlled sparring practice. These classes help students sharpen technique and prepare with confidence for higher belt testing and competition.
RedDawgs Adult Program

Dawgs / Adults

These one-hour classes combine several types of physical training. Stretching and bodyweight exercises improve balance and flexibility. Kicking drills build endurance, while Taekwondo techniques strengthen the body, focus, and confidence.
Sparring Class Program

Sparring

This two-hour session focuses on cardio, strength, and Olympic-style sparring. Students train for Ontario Taekwondo tournaments and camps through structured practice. All sparring takes place with full safety gear and close instructor supervision.
Poomsae Kicking Class Program

Poomsae / Kicking Class

This class focuses on Poomsae, which are the set patterns used in Taekwondo belt testing. Students also work on kicking accuracy, balance, and clean technique through guided drills. Training helps improve control and overall performance.

Classes take place every Friday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

Taekwondo Self Defence

Self Defense

This program focuses on practical self-defense for real-life situations. Students learn effective punches, kicks, blocks, and safe escape skills. Training takes place in a controlled setting with same-gender partners to build confidence and awareness.
Boxing Hitz Class Program

Boxing / Hitz Class

This co-ed fitness class combines strength training, conditioning, boxing, kickboxing, and Taekwondo movements. The program suits all fitness levels and runs in a supportive, judgment-free setting. Students improve endurance, coordination, and overall fitness.
private class Program

Private Class

Private lessons are available for individuals or families who prefer one-on-one training. Students train with an instructor matched by gender for comfort and safety. Family sessions include multiple instructors to ensure personal attention and clear guidance.
Reddawg tkd & Fitness

Birthdays

We host fun and active birthday parties with an introduction to Taekwondo, games, and safe movement activities. Children stay engaged while learning basic skills in a secure space. Two party packages are available for both members and non-members.
TKD High Performance

High Performance Class

This advanced class supports students who train for tournaments and competitive events. Training focuses on conditioning, strength, sparring, and higher-level Taekwondo techniques. The program helps athletes improve performance, control, and competition readiness.
